And the winner is ... The Bronze Report!!  Bay Area news anchorman John Kessler presented the industry's top honor at the 42nd Northern California EMMY® Awards to The Bronze Report.  It was a joyful and unexpected moment.  

Hundreds of television professionals who work in front and behind the camera donned their finest and strolled down the red carpet at San Francisco's Hilton Hotel, Saturday, June 15, 2013.  The gala affair honored the best in the business with awards in dozens of categories of group and individual achievement.  

The Bronze Report (formally known as The "Bounce" Report) learned about the EMMY® nomination in May.  The 4 other nominees in the category of Historic/Cultural Program were outstanding, world-class productions, and TBR congratulates them all.  The nomination is an honor in itself -- but the win is absolutely fantastic. 

On hand at the black-tie dinner with TBR host Barbara Rodgers and executive producer/host/writer Jan Mabry were Ravi Kapur and Deepti Diya from KAXT, TBR editor Joanna Hidalgo and photographer Roque Hernandez along with a host of friends and supporters.

Jan and Barbara and the entire TBR team extend their sincere thanks to everyone who helped make this EMMY® Award possible.
