The Bronze Report brings you news and stories on current events happening at home and around the world. 

The civil rights movement broke down the barriers for African Americans in the work place.  Now, blacks make up more than  10% of America's workforce.  Not so in the Silicon Valley -- where our numbers are dismal at best.  It's rekindled a high-tech civil rights movement called the Digital Inclusion Initiative.
